Houston Center for Photography Cancellation Policy - (as of February 8, 2011)
Requests for cancellation or re-scheduling of a course, workshop, private lesson or Master class must be made in writing and received within the specified timeframe in order to receive a full amount refund minus the cancellation fee:
Workshop and Courses:
Notifications must be sent to education@hcponline.org at least 4 days prior to the first day of class. A cancellation processing fee of $15 will be applied to all changes made by student. No refunds, transfers or credits are possible after that day given our commitment to our Workshops instructors.
Private Lessons:
Notifications must be sent to education@hcponline.org at least 4 days prior to the first day of class. A cancellation fee of $15 will be applied to all changes made by student. No refunds, transfers or credits are possible after that date given our commitment to our Private Lessons' instructors.
• HCP is not responsible for cancellations due to illness, traffic, personal emergencies, unattended workshops or any event beyond HCP's control. Please note that pro-rating is not available.
• Failure to attend a class will not be regarded as an official notice of withdrawal.
• HCP reserves the right to cancel, reschedule classes or change instructors when necessary. In the case of a cancellation of an educational event due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen reasons, we will notify students of new schedule, new substitute teacher or to arrange a full credit or refund. Classes with 3 or fewer registrants may be cancelled 24 hours prior to the workshop.
• Workhops paid for with gift certificates are ineligable for refunds. Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
